We hebben alles wat we weten over ontwerp met een lagere impact gebruikt en toegepast op waar we het beste in zijn. Deze veerkrachtige synthetische zakken zijn gevuld met 100% gerecyclede Stratus™ -isolatie en gevoerd en bedekt met een stevige, 20D, gerecyclede Atmos™ -stof met ripstop. Slijtvast, warm en betrouwbaar, ze zijn sneldrogend en bestand tegen condensatie en vochtige omstandigheden.

De Solar Eco 1 is gebouwd met een complexe constructie om de warmte zonder bulk te maximaliseren. Het is geïsoleerd met een dubbele laag Stratus™ -isolatie op de bovenkant, gerangschikt in een concertina-structuur om warme lucht op te vangen. Voor minder gewicht en bulk heeft de basis van de zak slechts één isolatielaag. De elastische interne quilting brengt de voering en isolatie dichter bij de gebruiker, waardoor de zakken met koude lucht worden verminderd. Het gelokaliseerde quilten betekent simpelweg dat het stiksel dat de isolatie op zijn plaats houdt, is geminimaliseerd om de kans op koude plekken te verkleinen. De ¾ lange rits heeft een extra baffle langs de lengte die fungeert als een effectieve tocht excluder met een anti-snag zip guard. De brede mummie-pasvorm biedt ruimte om je meest comfortabele slaaphouding te vinden, met ruimte voor extra lagen als de nachttemperaturen dalen.

We’ve taken everything we know about lower impact design and applied it to what we do best. These resilient synthetic bags are filled with 100% recycled Stratus™ insulation, and lined and covered with a tough, 20D, recycled Atmos™ fabric with ripstop. For reduced weight and bulk, the base of the bag has just a single layer of insulation. The elastic internal quilting brings the lining and insulation closer to the user, helping to reduce pockets of cold air. The localised quilting simply means that the stitching which holds the insulation in place has been minimised to reduce the chance of cold spots. Packing down to just 30cm x 18cm, it’s incredibly low bulk and stashable. Perfect for summer climbing trips, bivis in warm climates, and backpacking adventures. The Solar Eco has an adjustable hood which can be cinched in snug around the face to shut out the chill and an adjustable neck baffle to stop the heat escaping. The ¾ length zip has an additional baffle along its length that acts as an effective draught excluder with an anti-snag zip guard. The wide mummy fit offers space to find your most comfortable sleeping position, with room for extra layers should night-time temperatures plummet.
